At Film Africa, we believe that film is a key educational tool to engage, inspire and educate children and young people.
Through our Young Audiences programme, we celebrate the diversity of the African continent and aim to make the rich tapestry of African peoples, cultures and experiences more visible and accessible to young learners.
In partnership with cinemas, we have hosted screenings for primary, secondary, university students and youth groups. The programme includes animation, fiction and documentary shorts and features, and our popular Film Africa Family Day, which features a screening, story-telling, arts and crafts and other fun activities for the whole family!
